At St Germans School our intent in Physical Education is to plan and teach an inspiring and memorable Physical Education curriculum. We are dedicated to the notion that all children deserve the chance to thrive and realise the importance of Physical Education and how it develops  healthy active lifestyles in young people. At St Germans School we realise that it is essential that children acquire the necessary fundamental physical skills at a young age. It is our aim that all children have acquired these skills by the end of KS1 in order to achieve ‘Physical Literacy’. In KS2, children will continue to develop these skills further within team games, individual competition and performances.
